FACILITATION

Facilitation is a proven and widely embraced way to help groups or teams to work through matters of interest, activities, problem solving and strategy. Facilitating events, workshops, board meetings and activities is my ‘bread and butter’.

My colleagues and I have been delivering team building, team development and facilitated team workshops for over 25 years. We offer conference ice-breakers to sailing teambuilding, motorsport and structured team development sessions.

COACHING

Proven to enable and empower people to identify and solve problems, see things differently, get creative, take ownership and improve performance. Over the years we have helped many clients through coaching including Olympic medal winners, business leaders, teams and project groups from across a variety of industries and markets. Supporting you when you want to develop a performance ‘coaching culture’ by coaching employees to coach each other by having coaching conversations, raising challenging issues with clarity and holding each other to account.

As Pete Drucker famously states, Culture will eat Strategy for breakfast. Creating a culture, or environment, where people can flourish and be at their best will yield significant changes and results, improving performance, engagement and value, whilst reducing loss, missed opportunities and potential risks which can derail projects and even businesses. The most well written strategy in world will fail to meet expectations if people are not aligned to it, believe in in it or are fully engaged. Having a clearly defined Purpose will be important in any Culture change programme.

We work with clients at the Individual, Team and Organisational level.

Whilst we are people orientated, we are experienced and qualified in the use of many profiles, analytics, measures and instruments including personality profiles and MAE, our risk identification and mitigation process. IMPROVEMENT

Business improvement is far too important to be left solely in the hands of just a few people with that title on their card. At Leap, we believe improvement needs to be in the DNA of businesses if improvement is to be sustainable. Improvement can be made in all areas of business and there are many models and processes, such as Lean, to help you with that. We prefer to start by tapping into the knowledge and experience that exists in the business – which you pay for – but is all too often dormant. This process will improve the whole business journey.

Few, if any clients, employ us for the fun of it. What they really want is some sort of change, be that a change in culture, fortune, performamce, staff engange, customer exoerience, btand value, a change in investors pr partmers , an M&A ….   Change the board members, the relationship with trustees or partners erc….

CONFERENCES

Supporting clients before, during and after conferences, to maximise value, is still one of our core business offerings. We will help you create a theme and message, engage participants and sponsors prior to the event, prepare speakers and align key points. We will facilitate the conference, manage activities, breakout sessions and improve the impact of the conference. After the conference we will help you embed learning and messages, work with individuals and teams to bring the message and changes to life.

Over the years we have hosted workshops, meetings, open space sessions and virtual sessions online. We have delivered simple one-off workshops and helped to create larger scale roll outs of workshops on subjects such as Leadership Toolbox, Rewarding Relationships (Strength Deployment Inventory),  Enabling Excellence, Networking Skills, Conflict Resolution, Coaching Culture and even sessions on Managing Financial Crime Risk.
